How does it work?
IPL skin rejuvenation uses advanced light technology to restore a clearer, smoother, and more youthful-looking complexion. During treatment, rapid pulses of broad-spectrum light are delivered to the skin at carefully selected wavelengths. This light energy is absorbed by specific targets within the skin, known as chromophores.
For example, excess pigmentation in sunspots, age spots, and freckles absorbs the light energy, causing it to break down and gradually fade. At the same time, the light can be absorbed by water within the skin, gently heating the deeper layers to stimulate collagen production. This collagen-building response helps improve skin texture, reduce fine lines, minimize redness, and enhance overall skin tone.

IPL Skin Rejuvenation is a light-based aesthetic treatment that actively targets and reduces skin irregularities and promotes a clearer, more even and healthier complexion.
Is it painful?
No, it is not painful, but you will feel a “flicking” type sensation often described as a rubber band flicking the skin.
Is there any downtime?
No. IPL Skin Rejuvenation requires no downtime. You can resume your normal daily activities immediately afterwards. Some redness may occur which will settle within a few hours. During your initial consultation you will be provided with appropriate aftercare instructions.
How many treatments will you need?
For optimal IPL skin rejuvenation results, most clients require a course of 3–6 treatments spaced approximately 4–6 weeks apart. The exact number of sessions will depend on your skin concerns, such as pigmentation, redness, or overall texture, as well as your individual skin type and response to treatment. Are the results long lasting?
Most clients enjoy long lasting results. The rejuvenating processes that are initiated within the treatment continue for months after your treatment. A treatment plan may be recommended initially with maintenance treatments every 4-12 months.
